We're an Australian-owned online store run from Ballajura, WA. We keep our margins lean so the savings are real, and most of our range ships straight from Australian warehouses.
Why we started Warehouse Direct
Too many online stores add big markups, hide overseas shipping times and leave you chasing a reply that never comes. We wanted to run the opposite: fair prices, honest delivery times and a real person when you need help.
So we work directly with Australian warehouse suppliers and price every product on a lean margin. We would rather sell more at a fair price than a few at a big one. It's why you'll find genuine value across appliances, kids and baby gear and pet supplies.
Most of our range ships from Australian warehouses. A small number of products come from trusted overseas suppliers, and we never hide it: those product pages clearly say so, along with the expected delivery time, before you buy.
